    I didn’t have any dried blueberries on hand, so I used raisins. Awesome! Next time I am at the store I’ll be sure to buy dried blueberries, because that may be even better.

    You can never go wrong with blueberries. I read somewhere that the reason that McDonald’s doesn’t offer a blueberry milkshake is that there aren’t enough blueberries grown in the world to fill the potential demand. Can you believe that? Also, a lot of bakeries use “faux” blueberries, that is, they DON’T use blueberries in their recipes. They use some kind of flavor extract/chemicals to fool the consumer. Now THAT is both criminal AND un-American! Keep up the great work, I love this website! John V. Karavitis
